Before joining UFood Grill, Walter held various positions within multi-unit operations management at Ground Round where he won numerous achievement awards. Walter oversees UFood Grill’s company and franchise locations, marketing, IT and restaurant design while also assisting with training and business development.

Irma Norton is an operations-oriented financial professional with over 15 years of experience with businesses ranging from start-ups to large multinational companies.
