Prior to joining UFood Grill, Irma served as Controller for Handmade Bow Company and the CFO for Dunkin’ Donuts Mexico where she grew the franchise from zero to 100 stores.

    Walter Pomerleau has been in the restaurant industry for the past 25 years. Before joining UFood Grill, Walter held various positions within multi-unit operations management at Ground Round where he won numerous achievement awards. Walter oversees UFood Grill’s company and franchise locations, marketing, IT and restaurant design while also assisting with training and business development.

    Philip Kafka is the corporate executive chef at UFood Grill. Philip brings more than 20 years of culinary and restaurant experience to UFood Grill. He most recently served as the directory of culinary innovation for Cosi’ Brands, Inc. where he spearheaded development of culinary recipes, standard operating procedures, nutritional database management, brand strategy, product manufacturing development and more. Philip is a graduate of Le Cordon Blue, L’ART Culinaire in London, England, where he studied classical French culinary and pastry training. He also earned a degree in food and beverage management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R.I.
