The purpose of this blog is to share what I am doing to make UFood Grill’s food amazing, along with informing/educating readers to make better decisions about what they choose to eat. I plan on covering a broad range of topics, including anything related to food being served at our restaurants; if you have a suggestion for a post, feel free to email/PM me directly. As a chef I take a lot of pictures of what I make, so this will serve as a platform for some mouthwatering pictures of delicious, healthful food.

I, as a chef, am committed to serving delicious, healthful food to all people, no matter the setting. I feel that a fast casual restaurant is a great opportunity to serve healthy, delicious food to people, as someone would typically expect the opposite in such a setting. My mission is provide people with tasty nutritious food at UFood Grill.
