Placing an order
To place an order, call the closest UFood Grill and ask for the cater 2U Coordinator. Our catering menu is available here.
What's included in your order
Your order will arrive ready to serve, with everything you need— easy-to-use serving containers, heavyweight disposable utensils, plates, and napkins.
We prefer at least 24 hours notice for large catering orders. If you need to place an order with less than 24 hours notice, please call us. If there is any way we can fulfill the order we will!
Changing Your Order
We recognize that you may sometimes have to make changes to, or cancel an order. We require 24 hours advance notice. Please notify us 24 hours prior to pick up or delivery to avoid a cancellation fee due to unrecoverable expenditures.
We accept cash, major credit cards, corporate checks, and pre-approved direct billing. In all cases a credit card guarantee is required to hold an order and payment is processed at the time of pickup or delivery. To set up a direct billing account, download the application from our website or ask your catering coordinator.
All catering orders are available for delivery. A delivery charge applies. Placing your order in advance will help ensure your preferred delivery time. If you prefer to pick up your order, we'll have it packed and ready at your preferred time.
