Richard Golden - Chairman & CEO
Richard Golden is currently a private investor in a number of emerging companies and takes an active role in overseeing the investments. From 2007 to mid-2010, he was a Managing Director of Alumni Capital Network, a private equity firm specializing in buying and building small to mid-sized businesses. He managed the fund-raising for the firm's $68 million fund and served on the Board of the company. Previously, he spent 28 years with Accenture in various executive management roles as well as managed large-scaled business improvement projects for Global 1000 companies, concentrating on airlines, manufacturers and retailers. His management positions included Country Managing Director - Sweden and Finland; Managing Director of the Retail Industry in Europe and Africa; Chief Operating Officer for the Products Market Unit; and Corporate Chief of Staff where he helped manage the transition of Accenture from a global partnership to an international corporation. Mr. Golden's contribution to our Company is his vast experience in leadership roles and fund-raising activities that have made him a critical member of our Team.

Irma Norton – CFO
Irma Norton is an operations-oriented financial executive with over 15 years experience with businesses ranging from start-ups to large multinational companies. Most recently, Norton was the controller for Handmade Bow Company, a privately held consumer products company. Prior to that position, Norton was the CFO for the Dunkin' Donuts master franchisee in Mexico. In her five year tenure with Dunkin' Donuts, she was instrumental in growing the chain from zero to 100 stores in Guadalajara, Monterrey and Tijuana. She also was a leader in the start-up of La Fabrica, a chain of convenience stores in Mexico owned by Minsa, a large publicly held flour processing company. Norton holds a B.A. degree in Accounting from the University of Guadalajara in Mexico and is a graduate of the distinguished Executive Management Program of ITAM in Mexico City.

Walter Pomerleau - Vice President of Operations and Marketing
Walter Pomerleau has been in the restaurant industry for the past 25 years. After graduating from UMass, Amherst, Walter began his hospitality career with the Ground Round/American Hospitality, Inc.. He held various positions within multi-unit operations management for the Ground Round where he won numerous achievement awards. Walter joined the UFood Grill Operations team back in 2002 and now serves as Vice President of Operations and Marketing. Walter's responsibilities include overall operations of both company and franchise locations, marketing, Information Technology, and restaurant design while assisting with training and business development.

Keith Seeber - Corporate Executive Chef
Chef Keith Seeber brings both culinary knowledge and business expertise to UFood Grill. With ten years in the restaurant business, a B.S. in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson and Wales University and MBA from Cornell University Keith has a mindset for strategic innovation and optimization in UFood Grill’s product offerings. Most recently Chef Seeber worked with Bloomin’ Brands, Inc. as a corporate chef working with the Bonefish Grill and Outback Steakhouse brands in product optimization, creative recipe development, and new product roll-outs. With both a passion for culinary arts and healthy eating, Chef Seeber ensures that UFood Grill’s food is always high quality, delicious, and better for you.

Stephanie Hunter - Director of Operations and Training
Stephanie Hunter has been in the restaurant industry for 12 years. Stephanie began her career with LoFat,KnowFat in 2002, evolving with the concept as it became UFood Grill in 2005. She has held various positions within the concept, most focusing on staff development and knowledge. In 2011, Stephanie joined the Operations Department as Director of Training. During that time, Stephanie developed and executed training that serve as a standard for current franchise openings. Stephanie now serves as Director of Operations and Training.
